Join the HSPCA at Gervias & Vine Wednesday, April 16, 2008

Join the Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HSPCA) for a fund raising event hosted by Gervais & Vine on Wednesday, April 16th from 4:30 pm - 11 pm to support the 45 Arabian horses seized in a recent cruelty investigation.  Horse themed wine selections will be available and a generous portion of your purchase will be donated to the HSPCA to continue the care and rehabilitation of the 45 Arabian horses.

Gervais and Vine is located at 620 Gervais Street (click for map), at the corner of Gervais and Pulaski Streets in downtown Columbia and parking is located in the rear.

Arabian Horse Update

We're nearly 45 days into the care of the 45 Arabian horses seized in what amounts to one of the largest animal cruelty investigations we've undertaken at the HSPCA. The importance of this case continues to grow as does our network of supporters. However, we are a long way from resolution on this case and continue to struggle with the condition of the horses.
