See, Your Opinion Does Matter!
Join us for a sweet Valentine’s Day fundraiser! Love is in the air and the Humane Society wants you to share the love by helping us raise funds for a new truck for our cruelty program simply by stating your opinion. That’s right … what you think is worth cash!
Insider Pages (www.insiderpages.com), a place where people go to read and post reviews of local businesses and services, makes donations of up to $1.50 per review of any business. It is fun, simple and can be done when it is convenient for you.
How it works: Any time between Monday, February 4 and February 25, 2008 logon to our fundraiser (link below) and review as many businesses as you can. The more reviews, the more money the Humane Society gets. Tell your friends, family neighbors, co-workers – and have them participate (no matter what city or state they live in)! For more information and details on how to participate click here.

Hitting The Streets With A New Transport System
The Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is proud to announce the launch a new service for customers in the Midlands area – a mobile unit for the transport of dogs and cats to the HSPCA spay/neuter clinic. This free mobile service will reach out to shelters, rescues groups and individuals who lack transportation to get their pets to the clinic.
The new mobile unit will be spreading the word about spay/neuter when it hits the streets of the Midlands – it has been graphically “wrapped” and labeled “Spay/Neuter Transport” with contact information on how to schedule your pet’s surgery. Currently the HSPCA’s spay/neuter clinic performs low cost spay/neuter services open to the public, by appointment. With the addition of the mobile unit, the HSPCA continues their efforts to end over-population of animals through spay/neuter by making their services easier to access as well as affordable. Click here for more details on the new transport system.
