The HSPCA has launched a new program... we call it Urban Cats. Yeah, we're feral friendly!
Nationally, between 80% and 90% of owned cats are sterilized, yet our nation's shelters intake is largely split... 50% dogs, 50% cats. So, where do all the cats come from?

Upcoming Events
Tails on the Trails is right around the corner! Come and join us December 1st from 9 to 4pm for a wonderful dog walk at Saluda Shoals Park... don't have a four-legged friend? No problem. We'll have a kid's zone present! So bring the family for a nice day at the park! Need more info?
Adoptable Pets
Even though we don't really specialize in adopting pets, we occasionally have the need to to place a few. And, it just so happens that now is one of those times! If you're considering adopting a pet, please check out the few that we have available here.
Keep in mind that the pets we try to place come from a hard life. They need as much help as they can get! Can you make them a friend for life?

The HSPCA has a few positions open for interested individuals. Looking for work? Check us out! Keep in mind that our work environment is very fast paced and requires a great deal of flexibility. It's an exciting time! We're growing rapidly and we need good quality people to join our ranks!
